Access to Patient records Online
Highcliffe Medical Practice has migrated onto a new clinical computer system recently Dec 2016). Our first communication implied that we would be able to transfer patients automatically however we have been instructed that this is no longer the case.
Can we please ask patients to make contact with the surgery to request to be re registered with the new online services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
